C.C. Little Esq

Dear Sir,

At the meeting of the
Trustees of the Cemetery held [last Mon-
day? indecipherable].

The Treasurer, Mr Bond
stated that his labors had been
increased considerably by the increase
of business of the Corporation, and asked
instead of the present mode of compensa-
tion for the year he might be
allowed to charge two and one half per-
cent on the sales of land.

Upon which, it was

"Voted that the subject be re-
ferred to the Finance Committee,
and that they be requested to report
thereon at the next meeting of the Board."

Very Resp.y yours

A.J. Coolidge
Sec.y

Dear Sir,

I enclose a list of
removals in ^& from the Cem.y since last April -
(May 1st) of bodies interred prior to
1865, & which stand upon the old
Int. Record in your safe. I have
entered them all on the duplicate at
this office, and may have entered
some of them on the book at the Gate,
but am not sure. All removals
made prior to Apr. May 1st I have
entered on that book as I perceive
from checks I made on the orders.

Please go over the list, & make
the entries as I have noted.

Truly yours

A.J. Coolidge

Be particular to make the numbers of the
lots into which the removals are made as plain as possible.
