Jesse Holbrook Esq

Dear Sir,

The subject of your
request has been laid before the Com-
mittee of the Trustees upon whom the
matter devolves, after the proper re-
port, and they have directed me
to notify you that the Corporation
will guarantee the perpetual repair
of your lot with its appurtenances
for the sum of seven hundred
dollars: -- which sum I think
you will perceive is not ex-
orbitent.

Upon being notified of your
acceptance of these terms, I will
prepare the proper papers.

Respectfully yours

A.J. Coolidge
Sec.y
