Edward Coffin Esq
27 Nassau St. New York.

Dear Sir,

I have been so severely pressed for time
as to be unable to earlier attend to your request of Feby [1?]
and I cannot now send you all I would like. Our catalogue
& by laws are out of print -- have not a single copy, but
are preparing one for printing within two or three months.

I send you some of our forms which may be useful
also the reports for last four years.

The Supt's Report of Sales has to be approved by Com. on Lots before
deeds are issued. I send form of deed -- form of contract for Per-
petual Repair of lot, with guaranty -- form of application of heirs or
devisees of deceased propr for designation of one of their number to rep-
resent lot -- (see Sec. 8. at bottom of form) the notice which usually accom-
panies it -- form of orders for work -- form of permits for work --
and the application for the same -- forms of order of interment in ^private lot --
in public lot -- deposit in Receiving Tomb -- & for removals in or from
the Cemetery. The record of interments is left ^made up in duplicate & our
copy kept at Secretary's office & one at Cemetery. I send also
cards of admission issued to different persons -- the
rule respecting work on Lots -- and the report made by the Supt
on the condition of a lot which the proprietor wishes to
endow.

I could give much more valuable information upon
a personal interview.

Very truly
A.J. Coolidge Sec.y
