Capt D.L. Winsor

Dear Sir,

I send you the
permits for work up to this date,
in favor of Joseph Fox -- Patrick O'
Brien
-- & Ebenr Weeman. --

I also enclose a letter which was
lying on the table when you were here,
but I was so busy as to forget it,
and you do not appear to have
noticed it.

Mr M. B. Markham, propr of
the little lot next to John H. Jenks,
writes me today that he has been
again to Mount Auburn, and
found a lot on Indian Ridge,
which he likes, next to 334 (Geo Hills)
and opposite 417 (Sarah B. Fearing).

He judged it to contain about
150 feet. Upon looking at
our large plan, I don't see
any other lot on the N.W. side
of 334 not separated by a space
of 200 feet or so. --

I therefore wish you to inform
me how it is. If he asks this
where you can lay out large
lots, of course he can't
have it. If it is between
lots, then please say whether there
is any objection to letting him
have it. If not, I will write
Mr Jenks.

Truly yours

A.J. Coolidge
