Dear Sir,

The application
made by you to know for what
sum this Corporation would assume
the perpetual repair of your lot
in the Cemetery, no. 585, has
recd due attention.

The character and condition
of the same having been reported
upon by the Superintendent, and
been considered by the Committee
on Lots, said Committee have
directed me to inform you that
they will contract to guarantee
such perpetual repair for the
sum of five hundred & fifty dollars.
