Dear Sir,

Your application to know
for what sum this Corporation
would assume the perpetual
repair of your lot in the Cem-
etery, no. 177, has received due
attention.

I am directed by the Com.ee
on Lots to inform you that they
will guarantee the perpetual
repair of said lot for
the sum of four hun-
dred dollars. --

I am Resp.y

Gentlemen,

The enclosed paper
accompanying the report of the Comee was
originally intended for the inspection of in-
dividual Trustees, or of the Board as
might be deemed advisable. Circum-
stances which transpired at the last
meeting rendered it unnecessary to
present it. I have neither the
time nor inclination to revise
it. I see nothing which does
not fairly state the question.

I am satisfied that
my services are worth to
the Corporation at least
fifteen hundred dollars
