Capt D. L. Winsor

P.S. I wish to know if the
following numbers are free to be
used, if so I propose to use two
of them^one on the Henry Richardson
lot on Snowdrop P. & one for the
Lithgow lots.

The first is 3691
Which I do not find was ever used.
The 2d is one reported to A. Winchester 3672
The 3d is one reported to Gen. J. S. Tyler 3727 -
Mr Bond says Gen. Tyler does not
take 3727.

If you wish to keep this number
for the Winchester lot on Mound Av. I
can get along with the other two.
