Dear Sir,

As you propose
to come in^early in the week, I thought it better
to return to you the report
of today, to allow you to add
to it the 1448 feet for Chas. A.
Cotting
. Of this 330 ft should
be reported as an addition to lot
no. 3012 - Mary M. Bourne -
and 1118 feet report as a new lot
to Chas. U. Cotting, giving it a
new number. You had better put
it into our [?] for him to go
to Mr Bond with & enclose to him by
mail Monday morning, or leave
with me before 9 o'clock.

No. 3691 I have applied to lot of Mrs
Henry L. Richardson
, on Snowdrop P.
No. 3727 to ^half of old lot of Martha Lithgow, on
Tulip Path. I will report
to which half as soon as I can
ascertain from the heirs.

The iron numbers had better
be transferred to those lots now
in order to avoid mistakes.

Yours truly

A.J. Coolidge
Sec.
