Dear Sir,

For the sake of setting a
few things right for my catalogue as well getting the some
deeds out of the way & settling accts. I will you would
give me this week or quite early next the following.

The actual measurement & contents of lots 3012 &
3737 on Oxalis P. (Bourne). I think you will have
to make a new sketch, or alter the old one so as to show
the measures of the orig. tomb lot 3012^[its?] addition on Myrtle
& lot 3737, after correcting distances from path to back side.
