Capt. Winsor,

Sir:

Mr Josiah M. Jones, who
is the Exor of Mrs Otis Fairbanks, (just
deceased) representative of lot 659, Greenbrier --
wishes to know how much needs to be done
to the lot to put it in order, & what it will
cost. Mrs F. three years ago gave the Cor-
poration $100 to keep the lot in order. She has left
in her will $200 more. Mr Jones says the
lot looks badly -- I told him, if a lot was
in bad order the income of $100 would not
help it, & it was probably not in good
order 3 years ago.

Perhaps it will be well for you
to report on both at same time --
cost of present repair --
cost of perpetual repair

Resp.y yours

A. J. Coolidge
