Dear Sir,

The Supt has reported
upon the lot of the late Otis Fairbanks.
He says there is an oak tree that should
be removed and lot wants new
grading & sodding.

It will cost $55; to put it in
perfect order - When that is done
it will be worth $350; for
perpetual care. -
