Mr John Mack

Dear Sir,

I am informed
that you have called once or twice
at my office for a deed of lot no. 3800
in the Cemetery. I presume you mis-
apprehend the practice with the Corpor-
ation. The invariable course is not to
make a deed until after the purchaser
has been to the Treasurer & paid for the lot.

Please call upon our Treasr Geo Wm
Bond
, 13th Federal St. (new place) &
pay him $213.25, and you will get a receipt
which will enable you to go forward with
your the use of your lot. I shall then make
the deed so soon as I can get a return
from the surveyor.

Resp.y yours

A. J. Coolidge
