Dear Sir: -

Please notify the
parties in interest, for me, that the
Corporation will contract to guarantee
the perpetual care of lots numbered
358
& 359 in the Cemetery, belonging to
Wm W. Stone Esq + heir of H.B. Stone
on payment of seven hundred
dollars. - ($700.)

I could not find the address
of Mr Parker, whose name you gave
me, or I should have sent earlier
notice. Learning from you that he
is a neighbor of yours, be so kind
as to inform him of the result of
the Committee's consideration of the matter.
