Dear Sir: --

We have but just
been able to make examination of
lot no. 2579 belonging to you, &
I have laid the report thereof before
the Comee on Lots, who have consid-
ered the matter, and directed me
to notify you that the Corpor-
ation will guarantee the perpetual
repair of said lot, when you
shall have put the same in
good condition to the satisfaction
of the Superintendent, for four
hundred dollars. -- $400.

As the snow has left
the ground, we have been able to
make the proper survey of lot 3356
the report of which I have laid
before the Com. on Lots: and I
have been directed to notify you
that the Corporation will guar-
antee the perpetual repair of said
lot for six hundred dollars
$600. --
