Dear Sir,

The application to know for
what sum the Corporation will guarantee
the perpetual repair of lot no. 582 belonging to
the estate of Joseph E. Worcester, decd, has
been laid before the Comee with the usual
report on said lot: and the Comee after
personal inspection of the premises, have
directed me to notify you of their
decision -- & that the Corporation
will assume such perpetual
repair for the sum of four
hundred and fifty dollars, when
the Supt shall have certified that the
lot is in good order. The Supt reports
that "the front bank requires new grading,
which will cost $12.00". --

who after a personal examination of
the premises, have directed me to
notify you that the Corporation
will contract with you for such
perpetual repair, on payment
of one hundred and fifty
dollars.

When you are ready, I
will prepare the necessary con-
tract.
