Wm W. Stone Esq, New York,

My dear Sir,

I have torn off the last
leaf of Capt. Winsor's letter because it
relates to business foreign to your purpose.
I send you the note relating to your business,
instead of attempting to write about it, as
I am wholly ignorant of the matter of which
it treats. I know he will gladly
do all in his power to facilitate
your wishes -- but the thing is so
late that he has a large load of
orders to dispose of.

I suppose you trying to reach the perpetual
repair
of the lots, on which we conversed.

By the way, I lately notified the owners of
lots 358 & 359 through our Treasr (not knowing from
whom the request to know came) that the Trustees
would guarantee the perpetl care of both for $700. -- I
suppose you must have got notice.

Very Respectfully

A.J. Coolidge Sec.y
