Treasr of Proprietors of Cemetery of Mount Aub.

Dear Sir,

At the monthly meeting of the Trustees
held this day, the several notes of Geo. Wm Bond
Esqre, addressed to the Trustees of Mount Auburn and
also to Dr Jacob Bigelow, President of the Board,
tendering his resignation of the Office of Treasurer
of the Corporation, requesting that the same might
take effect upon the first of June next, were
read: --

And it was therefore

Voted that the resigna-
tion of Mr Bond as Treasurer to take
effect upon the first of June next, be and
the same is hereby accepted.

The Board then adopted certain amend-
ments to the by-law relating to the duties of
Treasurer &c. -- proposed at the last meeting.

The Board next proceeded to the choice of
a Treasurer, by ballot -- and
Austin J. Coolidge was chosen Treasurer.
