Voted that the Committee on Finance
be requested to audit the accounts of the present
Treasurer to the first of June next, and to deliver
to his successor, upon receiving a satisfactory bond,
all books, papers, funds and other property of
this Corporation, which may be in his possession,
giving and taking proper receipts therefor, and
report to the Trustees.

At the meeting of the Trustees held on
the 28^th of April, the following vote was adopted: --

"That the Committee on Finance be requested
to exchange so many of the 5/20 U.S. Coupon
bonds for Registered bonds as they may deem
for the interest of the Corporation."
