If the title remains in the present heirs,
we should be furnished with the documentary
evidence of their title as I first suggested if they
inherit under a will. Then I will furnish
a blank petition to the Trustees of the Cem-
etery to designate one of them to represent
the lot --

It will shorten the matter a little,
however, if the heirs release to Mrs K. --
