W.H. Richardson Esq

Dear Sir,

I trust you
understand that I shall
enter the suit against you
tomorrow, unless the same
is previously settled.

I am unwilling to
increase the costs unless
you desire it. I never
intended to subject you to any
costs, but your strange
course compelled it.

Before tomorrow night, unless
you pay, the costs will be
doubled: & you will certainly
have to pay them. --

Now don't say you did not
have sufficient notice.

Yours Respectfully

A.J. Coolidge
