Dear Sir,

I have sent to the
Superintendent of the Cemetery &
asked him to measure your
lot, & he reports that it con-
tains the full measure of
300 feet. But this is a singular
objection to be ayed the first time
at least ten years after the path
was made into Hazel Dell. The
path is made upon Corporation land,
& the Trustees had a perfect right to
make it -- and it is without injury
to you.

I am sorry to say that unless
you pay the bills presented (which
you talk about offsetting by claim for land)
I shall have to put them in suit.

Respectfully yours

A.J. Coolidge Treasr
