J.J. White Esq
Dear Sir,
I enclose bills due
from your mother & sister. They
have been sent sometime since to Newton,
& returned through the dead letter office.
It was some time before I found out
that your mother had gone to your
place, & your sister to Europe.
Mrs Kinmouth (who I learn has
again married) ^(I don't know the name) has bill of $23.06 for
grading & $17. for gardening -- which I presume
Mr Brigham will pay if directed.
Mrs White's bills are $57.85 for foun-
dation for mont &c. & $21.00 for gardening.
Early attention to said bills
will much oblige.
Yours truly
A.J. Coolidge Sec.y Treasr
Dear Sir,
Yours of 5th with enclosure
of deed of lot 3469 & $13 to pay bills
was duly recd. I return the deed whc.
has been recorded.
As $2. the fee for record was requisite
I took that amt from the $13. & applied
$1. for interest -- making the old bill
$11 & fee for deed $2 -- & than return
all to you free of charge.
I sent out at once to Capt. Win-
sor, the Supt, to have an estimate
of the cost of the work you desire to
be done, & when I get his answer,
I will inform you --
Truly yours
A.J. Coolidge Sec.y & Treasr
