will endeavor to execute them.
I am aware that the lot is smaller
but small lots as well as large,
reflect the care which they receive.

An interment of a child
of Rev E.A. Eaton was lately
made in your lot, the order
for which we did not get
until afterwards, I think, and thus
not signed by you. If you
affirm that order it is
all right.

Respectfully yours

Dear Sir,

Your neighbor, Jona. Mann,
holds a certificate dated , for
a lot in the Cemetery, to contain 300 square
feet, which has never been located. I
have just written him that none but the
old certificate of twenty or twenty five years
ago contain the right of selection, & of
course his is cut off. He is obliged
to take such land as was then selling at
the price paid by him -- 50 cts per foot.

There may be other such cer-
tificates outstanding -- but I am not
aware of them.

I write simply to say, that if
this question is presented to you, that
through him or any one else, they have
no right of selection unless so expressed in the
certificate.

Respectfully,

A.J. Coolidge
