Dear Sir

Herewith enclosed
please find copy of writ served upon me this day
attaching all monies due this day from the Corporation
to James Black of Cambridge. The Plaintiff in
the case is S. St. Clair. Edgehill, of Cambridge, physician.

The sum Black was trusteed last month & I hold
in reserve $38.59 subject to the decision of the Court in
this case. --

Will you please notify Mr Black, if there is any
monies due him on this months account, and make
such [?] on your time book, as may be needed
when the monthly payment is made out.
