Check for Two hundred forty four & 50/100 dollars
($244 50/100) in payment for Lot & Dead N^o 4019,
with certificate from Supt. C. W. Folsom, was
duly received, and here with I enclose a receipt
for the Amount (say Lot 242.50 - Deed $2.00)

The Sec'y Sam^lBatchelder Jr. Esq. will notify
you when the dead is ready for delivery.
