Dear Sir,

About four days ago
Mr. Jonathan Mann came to me as
agent for Mr J. C. Buchnam, prop^r,
of lot. 4215 - 16, Hazel Dell, to
see on what terms we would do
the labor & furnish the staple materials
for a tomb he is preparing to build
there.

I asked him to put
his ideas in writing, but as time
pressed, I wrote them down & he
signed the letter which I enclose.

I also enclose
a draft of a letter about such.
