Dear Sir,

I enclose memo of T.H. French's bill
for repairs done at Gate & Engine House; also you will please
find a letter from Pickett & Lovering giving their estimate ^^{$1,000 &} 1200
for [porching?] the Chapel, Tower & Gate Way. (The work on the
Chapel & Tower has not been done, as the estimate was con
sidered too high to undertake without further vote of
the Trustees.)
