Dear Sir,

I have had an in-
vestigation made by Shedd & Sawyer
C.E. of all Lots, the inclosures of
which do not agree with the deeds and
find that there are about 23 Lots which
are larger than the deeds call for, making
by hasty enumeration about 2500 feet of
land enclosed in Lots, more than the
deeds allow, which @ $1.00 per ft. (our price
for additions) would amount to about
$2500.00.

There are also about 32 Lots
where a small amount of land has
been taken than the deeds call for,
