Dear Sir,

I send you here-
with all the Documents in my
possession connected with the drainage
of Spruce Ave.

He made a survey and
took levels in Summer of '71, as far
as our fence but did not level at all
on to "Chant Lot" as we did not own
it at the time.

I would respectfully re-
commend extending the profile, now, on
to the Chant Lot; so as to make a
comparison between the level of the
lowest spot on said Lot and the lowest
