Dear Sir,

There are several
matters, in connection with the
"Reservations" so called, to which I
wish to call your attention.

1^st - The wording of the vote,
(P. 3^ ^{5th section} of enclosed "Extracts from Records, relating
to Reservations") does not seem to legally
reserve the space at the south end of
Auburn Lake , as said space is more
than 30 ft. wide. Should not the language
be changed or explained to allow 30 ft
from Lake at South end?

The form used in reserving
the space around Lawn Fountain is,
