Dear Sir,

I have the honor to enclose for
your inspection sundry documents & plans relating to the
extension of the Greenhouses, a part of which 2/3 were
built in winter of 1870 - [18]71, and a part (1/8) still remains
to be built, which part I would respectfully recommend the
Trustees to build by or before the 1^st of Feb or Mar, 1874, when
it will be needed.

The stone wall for the support
of the roof as also the Boiler and both in now.

The parts required will be the
glass roof, wooden door at end, brick supports for
iron pipes, iron water pipes, & wooden posts & shelving,
(enough posts I think are on hand of Cedar or Locust)
