to cure it that I know of is
to cut a draft or moulding
to lean around the outside of the
cap, thus, -

in which way the whole of the
obnoxious spots will be
cut out. I think
this will look very well, &,
no one but you & I & Mr
Gilman will know why it was done.

He is desirous to hear from you
very soon what your decision is. -
because he has men at
leisure now to cut it.
