Dear Sir,

I enclose a list of the names of
all those who, during my term of office, have built Tombs or
bought lots for such in Mt Auburn Cemetery, with one
exception viz that of M^r. Mace who bought an old lot no 338
Primrose Path, which had an inherent Tomb Right in its
deed.

Should you find, on reverting to your
Books, that I have omitted to render a bill for the Tomb Right
on any of the lots enclosed, please advise me of such & I
shall do so.
