Dear Sir,

Your favor of 17^th inst is rec^d for
an order for having your lot graded & corner posts set.
As to the latter I would suggest as being more ornamented
to hexagonal Posts if agreeable to you to have them.

Presuming you w^d wish your lot sodded & No. cut
on Posts I have enclosed an order for same which will
you please sign & return to me.

There are two styles of putting N^os on post viz
plain & square sunk. The cost of the former being $3.00/100
& the latter $6.00/100
