Dear Sir,

In Nov. last you were
requested, by letter, to inform us whether
you wished to retain the space between your
lot #689 Elm Ave. and #851, J.A. Blanchard
Propr., as we had an application to sell it,
and adjoining Proprs. have the privilege
by the Byelaws) of buying such spaces, in
preference to other Purchasers

We have never rec'd your reply
and having since had another application for
the space, would be greatly obliged if you will
inform us, at your earliest convenience,
whether you wish to take the space or not.
