Dear Sir,

I have received your note of 19^th inst
with reference to [posting?] & sodding your lot. I will see it is
[done?] in the best possible shape. I am sorry
to say I have not any octagonal posts with finial at the
top as you have described, but, have on hand those with
flat tops which if you choose I shall have set for you w. N^o cut.
I should be happy to furnish posts similar to yours,
[which?] did not that By Laws prohibits and on that point.
