Dear Sir,

We have today rec'd
a letter from the Props. of Lot #659 Elm Ave
saying that he wishes to buy the space
you are looking at, so that we shall be
unable to let you have it.

The space in rear of Gerardia
Path (near Halcyon Lake) is still at our
disposal, and we should be happy to sell
you any size of lot you may wish in that
section
