I have your favor
of Apr. 22^nd and as representative of lot 851 you
can take whatever ground the former Sup^t has offered
you. I have been unable to find the copy of
letter he sent you Nov [18]72, and therefore am not
aware of the quantity or price he named to you.

I should be glad to have the matter settled
as early in May as you can make it convenient.
If you take the addition for purposes of interment
I think there would be room for four or five.
