leaving 17 feet more to be enclosed to make his deeds good.
He wishes to exchange these three deeds for this,
in one, what is now #1800 = 342 feet, and the add.
space now between lots 99 making 44 feet in new lot #1800
In now lot[Lot 1896| #1896]] he wants 402 1/4 ft. made up of lot
#1896 as now posted, 378 ft, and of an additional foot
acres the S. East side (on Spruce Av.) of old lot #1896, which
would be 24 1/4 feet, this taking + paying us for 7 1/4 ft
more than his origional deeds give him.

Please let me know your decision in the matter
