J. Parsons Jr Esq
Dear Sir,

On looking over your arbor [vitae?]
hedge I find it will be necessary to substitute eighteen new plants
at a cost of $1.00/100 each, making the expense of putting the
Hedge in good order $18.00/100 (eighteen dollars).

The price of preparing two graves on you Lot &
planting myrtle thereon will be $16.00/100 (sixteen dollars).

Should you wish us to do the above work an
early order will oblige

Yours respectfully
Jas W. Lovering, Supt
Per A. C.
