Mt. Auburn P.O.

Saml T. Snow Esq.
D Sir,

Will you give
one if you please, a price for
lots in rear of those on Fountain
Ave
, that is between the lots now
on South of F. Ave and Indian
Ridge
. I consider the land only
suitable for tombs. I can get a
dollar a foot for it, and sell
600 feet for two tombs I think.
The parties want an answer
by Friday if possible - Land in Hazel
dell
with Southern exposure sold
to Bucknam & Moore for $125 per foot
and $50. tomb right, and I should
think $1.00 would be a fair price
for rear lots with northern exposure.

D Sir
I have sold Mr.
J.C. Squire
a lot of 300 ft. corner
of Palm Ave. (two branches) He wishes
to put the lot under perpet. care
and will have but three graves.
There is room left for an ornamental
bed, which without paying for
he wishes to enclose with his
curbing. As all the other lots have
a border of 6 feet frames posts to
the ave., my idea was that you
wouldn't care to give him liberty
to take this with his lot, even if
reservation is made for ornamental
purposes alone & he pays for the land
in that way - Please advise me.

Yours truly James W. Lovering
