I have carefully
examined your lot as now curbed &
also the proposed addition as last
reported by Col. Folsom & have come
to the conclusion that the plan as
shown by him, was the most feasible
way to increase the size of lot.

Dear Sir

I regret to
inform you that the Bridge
across the two portions of Auburn
Lake is unfit for service &
in my opinion needs renewing.
The timbers are old & unsound.
I estimate the cost of replacing on
the present plan at $325.

The cost of new benches for
Chapel, similar to those now
there will be $16. each.
