I cannot obtain the
consent of the Trustees to your inclosing
the land we spoke of, between your
lot & the avenue unless you purchased
it for burial purposes. Should you care
to do this, perhaps it might be obtained
and in that case you could use it
for either burial purposes or for ornamental
beds as you desired.
