I have been expecting
to hear your price on the coal & should
be glad to know, as I am now prepared
to buy the following amt.
For Mt. Auburn Cemetery
18 tons Furnace Coal delivered in Yard
of Engine House, 45 tons Furnace Coal
delivered in cellars of Greenhouses or
in Greenhouse Yard, and 10 tons
stove coal at Superintendent Office.

In addition I will buy for myself
12 tons furnace coal & 6 tons range coal
delivered in the cellar of house. This
will have to be carried in a short distance as
bins by windows are full.

on same scale & from same datum
line as profile of Part of Spruce Ave
recently made. I should like to have
the height taken on pegs occasionally as
it will probably be desirable to make
