Mount Auburn

J.T. Bradlee Esq.

Dear Sir

I find that
in order to supply all necessary
signs on avenues & paths, we
need 56 iron signs or 10 more
(total 66) if the paths are to be
laid out over the piece of land
East of the well house, which
was ploughed last spring. I also
find 28 wooden signs wanting -
that is, if these signs are to be
replaced in same condition as
they were originally. If in iron, which
certainly looks better, the total no.
required would be 94. I have
written to the firm who made them
before for a price, but have rec'd no
answer yet.

Dr Sir

I have seen
Otis Braneshaw in regard to
cost of signs for Avenues. He
will deliver them here for $6.50
unpainted, or $7.50 painted two
coats. We can paint them for
75 cents each making total cost
$7.25.

Respectfully
