the 10^th inst is received and I
would say that I have looked up
the work which was done for you
& could not do it myself for less
than $15.00, which I think would be
a fair charge. At the same time if
you will get a line from Col. Folsom
19 Berkeley St. Cambridge, the Sup^t at the
time your work was done, stating
that he agreed to do it for $12.00, I
will send you a new bill for that
amount.

Dear Madam

I have your
note saying you take the lot.
Please write me at once whether
you take the lot as it was staked
about 284 feet, or whether I shall
send you the certificate for
300 feet as I proposed. I want to
get the matter settled up, as
our Trustees propose to change the
prices of the lots not paid for, to
some extent.
