S.R. Payson Esq

Dear Sir

We have an order
on our books to "Grade & Sod a lot"
which you have purchased recently.

I learn that you are thinking
of building a tomb, & therefore,
would respectfully uniform you
that, unless you prefer otherwise,
it would be best to defer doing
anything to the lot, until the tomb
is finished.

I shall be glad to do whatever
work you may wish done on the
lot or tomb

Respectfully Yrs.

S.G. Deblois Esq.

Dear Sir

We have completed the
alterations on Trinity Church Lot &
also sodded it. The numbers I have
been delayed about, but hope to
get them cut soon.

Our By-laws require that every
lot shall be fenced, or marked by
boundary posts, and I shall be glad
if you will authorize me to have
boundary posts set. I have only
square & octagonal topped posts.
Should you wish to put up something
more elaborate by the future, I will
take the posts back & allow you something
for them.

Respectfully
J.W.Lovering
