I have yours
of Aug 6^th in regard to Mr Rayner's
lot.

The entrance cannot well be on
the lower side - it must be on
the upper side or on the N side
better still.

I find on looking at the lot
that it cannot be graded w/
much without injury to the
lots below, so you better pitch
your curbing 2 1/4" to foot.
