Dear Sir

Your valued favor of
Aug 7^th at hand. We will build the tombs
and grade & sod the lots, 4272 & 4273 Palm Ave
at the prices named in the enclosed orders,
providing we do the whole of the work of excavating
& building, or the whole of grading & sodding, but we
cannot afford to furnish the labor at these prices
unless we take the whole of either of these portions of
the work.

We will give you all the time of day & gang
which we can, but having already undertaken
some other work where he will be needed, must
reserve the right to use him for the best general good
of the proprietors.

If this meets with your approval, please return
these orders signed by the proprietors or by yourself
as agent for them. The plan of the tomb must be approved
by the committee on Lots.
