loam @ $1.00 pr load sods 3 1/4cents pr foot, manure $3.00 pr load
gravel 50cents pr load, doing the work in the manner
customary here, payments to be made monthly on
account of works.

If you give us all the work mentioned above
that is, the furnishing of all supplies except the brick
cement & covers, which we are prepared to furnish
I will deduct from your final bill, 25cents for each
day of mason's labor, and 12 1/2cents pr day for common
labor & grading & sodding.

I will give you all the time of Day & gang
which I conveniently can.

These prices I am sure will average favorably
without outside prices and the advance on the cost
of labor no more than a fair one. I can of course
do a large job, much cheaper than a small one.

I regrect to call your attention to the fact that
your teamster in delivering brick on Wednesday last
damaged the fence on Lot 2412 considerably. Will you
undertake to put it in order or should I have it
done at your expense?

Hoping that the above will meet your views
in regard to prices, I am respectfully
